Business Development Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team at Pernod Ricard.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share within allocated areas.
- Negotiate deals and discounts with existing customers, ensuring alignment with agreed parameters.
- Resolve customer queries and problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- National Diploma level or equivalent in a relevant field (commerce, sales, marketing).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the liquor industry or FMCG environment.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and ad-hoc activations.
R 150,000 - R 200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
