At Pernod Ricard, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing effective sales strategies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and business development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Requirements
  • National Diploma level with commerce, sales, and marketing preferable
  • 2 years sales experience in the liquor industry or within an FMCG environment
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Willingness to work weekends and attend all planned adhoc activations
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
