About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Staff to join our office administration team at Air Products South Africa. In this role, you will provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Main Tasks:
- Manage our switchboard and reception area to ensure a professional first impression for visitors and callers.
- Oversee the management of documents, including filing and document control.
- Assist in handling procurement activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including procurement, debtors, customer services, commercial, engineering, production, distribution, and SHERQ functions.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Mati c with post-qualification in Office Administration or related field;
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in office administration;
- Strong organizational and administrative skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
- Valid unendorsed driver's license and own transport;
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
