Commercial Growth Specialist

**Job Description:**
As a Commercial Partnerships Manager at VHRS, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Your primary focus will be on identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders in the golf industry, including Tee Sheet Providers, Technology, and Distribution partners.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue potential partnership opportunities, ensuring alignment with VHRS's growth objectives
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to foster strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships and efficient delivery of results
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize partnership outcomes
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development/partnership management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of the golf industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinking, with a focus on long-term relationship-building and growth
