ERP Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Consultant to join our team at Acumen Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for driving transformation and improvement within the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of Oracle NetSuite ERP from a finance perspective.
  • Provide training and support to the finance team on Oracle NetSuite, ensuring a smooth transition from the current system.
  • Ensure finance systems are correctly set up and maintained to support business needs.
  • Document all finance processes and procedures in a standardized format, identifying risks and controls.
  • Drive automation and process improvements within the finance function.
  • Assist with group-wide finance projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • CA(SA) or CIMA qualification with at least 5 years' post-articles experience in financial accounting, systems, and automation.
  • Oracle NetSuite ERP experience (critical requirement).
  • Experience with SAGE X3 (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong system implementation and project management experience.
  • High proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and process documentation tools.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
