Role Overview:

The Senior Biometrics Delivery Lead position at Parexel presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the execution of Data Operations strategies and technology set-ups for projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, data management, and project leadership, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support and lead the Global Data Operations team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers, as well as third-party vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and support initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones and timelines for clinical trials.
  • Ensure all systems, both technical and non-technical, are set up for complex projects and programs.
  • Responsible for creating and executing project timeline plans, covering all GDO deliverables, including coordination of dependencies between Data Operation stakeholders.
  • Provide technical knowledge and oversight, serving as an escalation point when necessary.
  • Stay informed about developments in relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the project team to review and finalize project tools, project plans, TMFs, resourcing, and other essential documents.
  • Accountable for ensuring team members have access to necessary tools and documents.
  • Ensure information entered in internal management systems is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other functional leaders and experts.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience within the CRO/Pharma/Biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of leading project teams in technical, programming, data management, or statistical environments with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or industry-related discipline.
  • Excellent project management skills, including presentation, public speaking, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to achieve optimal results in various professional contexts.
  • Proficient negotiation and diplomacy skills.
