Tych Business Solutions is seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Specialist to assist in designing tour packages, negotiating rates, and converting inquiries into bookings profitably. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Inbound Tourism sector and excellent product knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing tour packages and negotiating rates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.

Key Performance Indicators
  1. Create and maintain profitable sales.
  2. Communicate accurate product knowledge and information to clients.
  3. Offer and update clients on options and the reasoning behind recommendations.
  4. Apply effective selling and tracking techniques to close every potential sale or inquiry.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Inbound Tourism sector.
  • Excellent product knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Packages & Remuneration

Market-related salary and uncapped commission.
