Job Title: Electrical Operations Supervisor

A Competitive Salary is offered for this role, estimated to be in the range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in armature winding and electrical repairs, strong technical knowledge of electric motors, generators, transformers, and related components. They will also possess proven managerial and supervisory skills, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, and strong customer service and communication skills.

The job involves overseeing daily operations of the electrical workshop, managing a team of armature winders, technicians, and other workshop staff, scheduling tasks based on project requirements, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations, proficiency in using workshop management software and tools, and relevant technical qualification or certification in electrical engineering or a related field.
