Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service delivery and maintain consistent communication with clients via telephone and email.
  • Collaborate with medical aid providers to oversee and resolve clients' application processes and option change requests.
  • Coordinate effectively to ensure the timely processing of new sales.
  • Qualify and manage leads by engaging with clients and assessing their individual needs.
  • Prepare comparative medical aid quotations based on thorough Needs Analysis assessments.
  • Offer tailored recommendations and guidance to clients on the most suitable options for their needs.
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • CMS accreditation (advantageous)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in medical aid industry essential
  • Experience in a call center or client service environment
  • RE5 and/or Wealth Management qualification NQF level 5 (advantageous)
  • Good negotiation skills and effective in dealing with customers
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM programs
