Job Summary
  • We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business success through effective change management and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:

This role involves leading organizational change initiatives to drive business success. The individual will manage stakeholder relations, develop and implement organizational development interventions, and provide guidance and training to the change team. They will also conduct organizational assessments and design job evaluation and grading systems.

Other key responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs to build change management capabilities within the organization. The individual must stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and methodologies in organizational design and change management.

Requirements
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. Change management certification (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is preferred. At least 7 years of experience in Change Management and Organizational Development is required, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Specialist/Senior Consultant in Change Management or Organizational Development.
