The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical laboratory science and experience working in a Blood Bank setting. Responsibilities include following established protocols to perform tests and prepare component blood products, interpreting and correlating clinical test results with patient history and clinical condition, and performing low, moderate, and/or high complexity testing as required.
