  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the entire financial function, including transactional accounting, compliance, and external audit management.

  • Collaborate with the CFO to review and revise contracts, as well as provide opinions on key matters, ensuring the company's interests are protected.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and partners, ensuring open communication and transparency.


Requirements:




  • CA (SA) certification with 10 years of experience in financial management, preferably with Sage X3 expertise.
  • Strong tax knowledge and familiarity with current legislation and practice.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and facilitate team growth.
  • Hands-on, business-oriented approach with analytical and planning skills, ensuring effective project delivery.
