About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect II to join our team at Nedbank. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for driving strategic technology initiatives and leading architectural design.

You will facilitate priority setting, project selection, and integration within the organization by providing guiding principles and architecture. This includes ensuring alignment with emerging technologies and recommending new technologies.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will deliver business tasks according to your level of expertise to meet financial objectives. You will also address client needs through leading phases of projects or consulting to projects and business leaders across various architecture disciplines.

As an Enterprise Architect II, you will have strong analytical, logical, lateral, and creative thinking skills. You will be able to integrate disparate concepts into a cohesive whole and reason at various levels of abstraction.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment to newest trends and evaluate potential impact on the broader organization. You will also provide advice to the business across all disciplines and support the achievement of business strategy, objectives, and values.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, Honours or Master's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, TOGAF Foundation Training, and TOGAF Certification.
