This role aims to foster a culture of continuous learning, enhance staff capacity, organize knowledge resources, and disseminate insights effectively to strengthen program impact, encourage innovation, and contribute to transformative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge Management and Sharing Coordination
- Facilitate knowledge sharing activities and initiatives within Plan International Kenya, including workshops, seminars, communities of practice, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes for capturing, organizing, and disseminating knowledge, including documents, reports, case studies, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with program teams to identify, document, and share best practices, innovative approaches, and success stories across projects and sectors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of knowledge management and learning activities by tracking key performance indicators, collecting feedback, and conducting periodic reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Learning Events Organization
- Plan, coordinate, and execute learning events, such as training sessions, webinars, and conferences, to promote knowledge exchange, capacity building, and networking opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of capacity-building initiatives to enhance staff members' skills and competencies in knowledge management and learning methodologies.
- Data Systems Management
- Manage data systems for storing, retrieving, and analyzing organizational data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with data protection policies.
