The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering spares procurement and hold a diploma or degree in procurement/supply chain/business management or CIPS.
Key Responsibilities- Purchase engineering spares, including raw materials, bottles, cartons, labels, etc., for our production process in Johannesburg.
- Collaborate closely with our Production Planner to ensure timely order placement and delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate cost-saving initiatives.
- Foster a culture of quality control by ensuring new suppliers meet our standards.
- Support marketing efforts by sourcing artwork and amendments as needed.
- Conduct month-end reconciliations to ensure accurate payment signoffs.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering spares procurement.
- Degree or diploma in procurement/supply chain/business management or CIPS.
- FMCG, manufacturing sector, and/or engineering purchasing experience essential.
