We are seeking an experienced SAP authorisation professional to provide support and guidance to our team at Spar Group Limited.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and resolve SAP authorisation-related queries and issues, ensuring timely completion within SLAs.
  • Process and manage access requests through CRM, including user creation, access assignment, and call closure.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of authorisation processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to authorisation processes and controls.
  • Perform SAP access and GRC report analysis to inform business decisions and drive process optimisation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the company's SAP Solution Manager environment.
Essential Requirements
  1. Tertiary qualification in Finance or IT.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP authorisations, with a focus on governance and compliance.
  3. Proficient in SAP GRC and familiar with other SAP applications.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  5. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
