The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, preferably in the banking sector, and a proven track record of managing fraud detection, prevention, and mitigation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement AI-driven fraud detection solutions and reporting dashboards to support fraud governance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective fraud governance frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless integration of fraud analytics tools and system implementations with regulators, fraud teams, and IT teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or related fraud risk management certification.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
