Administrative Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an HR Administrator to join our team, providing administrative support to the HR department and contributing to the delivery of high-quality HR services.
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and managing HR documentation.
Supporting recruitment processes, including creating job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orientations are scheduled.
Providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including South African labor laws.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
A BCom in Human Resources or equivalent qualification is required, with a strong desire to develop a career in HR.
