Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting our student recruitment team with marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately capturing prospective student information, appointments, and applications onto our SIS.
  • Generating reports and analyzing database statistics for marketing purposes.
  • Providing administrative support to Students Advisors with database administration and associated correspondence.
  • Maintaining data integrity across all systems relating to prospective students and applicants.

Additional Duties:

  • Supporting planning of Information evenings and Online orientations.
  • Conducting database calls and appointment follow-ups as required by the Head: Student Recruitment.
  • Performing ad hoc duties as stipulated from time-to-time by the Head: Student Recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant 3 year Diploma/Degree is recommended but not essential.
  • 1 – 2 years Administration experience with sales experience advantageous.
