Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our finance team at Lucy Electric South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing timely financial reports, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Process invoices and credit notes in a timely manner.
  2. Prepare comprehensive monthly Purchase Requisition reports.
  3. Generate Request-To-Order reports on a monthly basis.
  4. Manage travelling reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
  5. Prepare fleet reports on a monthly basis.
  6. Monitor and reconcile credit card transactions.
  7. Process employee expense claims in a timely manner.
  8. Prepare ad hoc reports as required by management.
  9. Analyze and present aged accounts data.
  10. Prepare and distribute monthly trade receivable and trade payable reports.

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel Spreadsheet.
