About the Role

The Client Services Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, gathering and managing project briefs, and communicating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and communicate effectively to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Project Briefing: Gather and manage detailed project briefs, collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal workflow and job actioning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a positive work environment, communicate project status updates, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve all deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar client service position within advertising or a related industry
