This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Become intimately familiar with client needs and preferences, working closely with the team to deliver exceptional results.
  2. Effectively manage client queries related to the tracking portal, new fitments, repairs, stolen vehicle recoveries, and other pertinent matters.
  3. Proactively address any emerging issues with both internal and external customers, consistently delivering timely solutions.
  4. Present clear, concise reports to clients, while also assisting with internal reporting requirements.
  5. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database, identifying and addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  6. E nsure the smooth operation of daily activities, including new fitments, repairs, de-installations, and re-installations.
  7. Coordinate with client branches to provide essential marketing materials and training, enabling them to effectively promote tracking units to end-users.
  8. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to relevant personnel on the usage of the fleet portal, app, and other related tools.
  9. Perform regular health checks to pinpoint units needing repair, taking swift action to rectify the issue.
  10. Supervise FSD staff on client premises to guarantee they maintain high standards of presentation, punctuality, productivity, and quality workmanship.
  11. Establish robust controls over stock and SIM cards associated with the account.
  12. Develop efficient processes for planning new fitments, updating information on systems, and reflecting accurate vehicle details in installed units.
  13. Establish procedures for removing deinstalled/deactivated units from all systems and suspend them from billing procedures.
  14. Assist in collecting outstanding invoices in a timely manner.
  15. Process additional billing requirements as per the SLA agreement.
  16. Support stock forecasting and budgeting initiatives.
  17. Ensure works are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  18. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B and SME sectors through ongoing prospecting efforts.
