  • Lead projects as if they were your own business, focusing on client satisfaction, project objectives, and targeted gross profit margin.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, including progress, scope, budget, quality, and schedule.
  • Ensure adherence to best-practice project methodologies and company standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of project management experience in IT or professional services.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project Plan and Microsoft Projects on Line.
  • Project financial acumen and experience with planning and tracking project cost vs. revenue.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure as part of a dynamic team.
