Join our Marketing team at Badger Holdings SA as a Traffic Manager, where you'll be the driving force behind the coordination and successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Your ability to manage timelines, resources, and communication will contribute to our mission of delivering Soft Landings through streamlined marketing efforts.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate the flow of projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, manage priorities, and streamline workflows.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential roadblocks or issues that may affect project timelines.
- Maintain project documentation and organize project-related assets.
- Weekly and Monthly reporting.
- Matric.
- Relevant qualification in project management is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience working in an agency or similar environment.
- Experience in working with MS Office.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Traffic/Project Manager or similar role in a creative or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Chase, Trello) and collaboration tools.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to facilitate cross-functional teamwork.
