Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our UK Healthcare Permanent Desk, driving growth and profitability through market fluctuations. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be a positive role model on the team, demonstrating good leadership skills and a willingness to step out of your comfort zone to achieve more growth and take on more responsibilities.

Key Result Areas:

  • Be proactive in seeking out additional market opportunities to achieve further and consistent growth while ensuring adherence to company processes and client requirements.
  • Have experience working in a 360 Recruitment Consultant position and have relationships with clients (NHS or private sector).
  • Have a track record of good billings as a 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant.
  • Take the lead in ensuring better client and candidate relationships through the use of different initiatives.
  • Be a strong team player, contributing positively towards team improvement initiatives and being a positive voice for the business at all times.
  • Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
  • Show a strong understanding and promote company goals and objectives in day-to-day working.

Requirements:

  • Must have proven experience within UK Healthcare Perm Desk.
  • Must have own home office setup with fast internet connection.
  • Must have own computer equipment and backup power for loadshedding.
