The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration, payroll management, or a related field, with strong organizational and time management skills.

Main Duties:
  • Farm Staff Payroll Management:
    • - Prepare and submit payroll for farm staff on a monthly basis
  • Medical Aid Claims Administration:
    • - Coordinate medical aid claims, liaising with medical aid schemes as necessary
Essential Skills:
  • Strong understanding of payroll procedures and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
