Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse customer feedback and behaviour data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success, including collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor and conducting regular training sessions with the team.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in successful Customer Success Management.
  2. Experience in the events industry or directly managing events is beneficial.
  3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
  4. Proven leadership skills with a solutions-oriented, can-do attitude of autonomy.
