Job Title: Field Hardware Technician

At Oxyon People Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Field Hardware Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our mining systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite hardware support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our Area Site Supervisor and Account Manager to ensure seamless support of our mining safety systems.
  • Deploy new and upgraded systems at customer mine sites, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and configuration of system software and computer operating systems.
  • Manage Salesforce support tickets in the region, working closely with our Sales team to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of reading and understanding hardware schematics and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in basic software troubleshooting and system installation.
  • Compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures.
