Job Title: Field Hardware Technician

At Oxyon People Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Hardware Technician to join our team. As a Field Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite hardware support and maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' mining systems.
  • Perform hands-on hardware troubleshooting and repair to resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with our Area Site Supervisor and Account Manager to ensure efficient support of mining safety systems onsite.
  • Deploy new and upgraded systems at customers' mine sites, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Manage Salesforce Support tickets in the region, working closely with our Sales team to resolve customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of hardware schematics and technical manuals.
  • Experience in reading and understanding technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
