Job Summary

Oxyon People Solutions is seeking a skilled Field Hardware Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite system support to customers and deploy new and upgraded systems at customers' mine sites.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and configuration of system software and computer operating systems.
  • Manage Salesforce Support tickets in the region with the Area Site Supervisor.
  • Escalate support issues requiring other stakeholders' input to resolve issues.
  • Regularly report current support issues, including updates on status and resolution methods.
  • Utilize relationships developed with customers and other contacts to advise the Mining Services Team of potential issues affecting customers and other opportunities for our company.
  • Represent Oxyon People Solutions in a helpful, professional, and courteous manner at all times.
  • Maintain, enhance, and adhere to documentation and reporting standards, systems, and processes.
  • Comply with Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures, participate in audits, and comply with instructions given with respect to the health and safety of yourself and others.
