Abantu Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Shop Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in production/technical experience, staff supervisory experience, and knowledge of the IATF Quality System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage a team of production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure all work is completed as required on the Production Plan and maintain sufficient stock levels
  • Monitor and analyse production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:

  • Grade 12/Matric qualification
  • 3-5 years' production/technical experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Staff supervisory experience (essential)
  • Press Shop Department experience (advantageous)
