We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations, managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering payroll information from various client sites, ensuring timely processing of new employees, terminations, and changes
  • Data capturing and processing of salaries on the payroll system weekly and monthly
  • Solving employee queries and handling day-to-day administration
  • Maintaining accurate leave records and ensuring all-new employees are loaded onto relevant systems
  • Preparing reports and performing other ad-hoc activities as required

Requirements for this role include:

  • A matric certificate
  • Payroll experience will be advantageous
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Criminal clearance

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. A salary range of R120,000 - R180,000 per annum is estimated based on industry standards and location.
