Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of bakery operations, ensuring high-quality baked goods meet luxury standards.
  • Lead and manage the bakery team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to recipes and quality specifications.
  • Develop and execute innovative, visually stunning baked products, enhancing the guest experience.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of proven experience in a bakery or similar food production environment.
  • Pastry qualification is advantageous.
  • Excellent baking and pastry making skills, including the ability to innovate and develop new recipes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience supervising and training staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
  • Must have own transport and valid driver's license – non-negotiable.
