**Job Description**As a Business Development Engineer, your key task will be to grow the business by acquiring new customers and maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
You will actively follow up on projects and continuously create new opportunities.
Successful account management capabilities are essential to manage accounts from first approach to successful implementation of the treatment program.
You will also follow up on orders, manage the supply chain with our supporting team, and work on new treatment starts-up and applications improvement.
- A chemical engineer with experience within specialty water treatment business development and account management, especially for cooling water, boiler water, RO, wastewater.
- 5+ years of practical experience and proven business development capabilities.
- Good knowledge & experience of water treatment processes and chemical applications is a must.
- Good knowledge of the Cape Town area and Cape provinces industry and potential.
