SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled senior storeman to manage the daily operations of our workshop store department. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing inventory, receiving and storing parts, and ensuring accurate stock levels.

POSITION INFO:

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the workshop store department, including receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming parts and materials. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, processing requests from technicians and other departments, and conducting regular inventory audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the workshop store department.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet workshop needs.
  • Process and fulfill requests from technicians and other departments.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a workshop store department, with a focus on truck and truck trailer parts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
