Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, driving business growth and expansion.\
  • Bid Management: Oversee the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to proposal submission, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.\
  • Marketing Strategy: Enhance brand visibility and market positioning through strategic marketing initiatives, increasing market share and competitiveness.\
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.\
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, developing their skills and expertise to drive business success.\
  • Market Analysis: Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, informing business decisions and strategy development.\

Requirements:

\

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales, bid management, and marketing (preferably in IT), with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and securing successful bids. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is required, and bonus qualifications include an MBA, APMP certification, or experience in public sector bids.
