Job Description

**About the Role**

HR Genie is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Licensing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our licensing team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and consultation to clients regarding Microsoft licensing agreements and optimizing their licensing investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Licensing Consultation**: Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on Microsoft licensing agreements and optimize their licensing investments.
  • **Client Engagement**: Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • **Solution Design and Proposal**: Design and propose licensing solutions that meet clients' business needs and objectives.
  • **Compliance Management**: Manage compliance with Microsoft licensing agreements and ensure clients are in compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reporting on client licensing agreements and compliance.

Requirements

  • **Microsoft Certifications**: Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate strongly desired and beneficial.
  • **Expert Knowledge**: Expert knowledge of Microsoft's licensing models, terms, and conditions, including Enterprise Agreements (EAs), Microsoft 365 subscriptions, and cloud licensing options.
  • **Proven Track Record**: Proven track record of successfully managing complex licensing engagements for enterprise clients, including license optimization initiatives, compliance audits, and negotiations with Microsoft licensing specialists.
  • **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze licensing data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive decision-making and value realization for clients.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex licensing concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, IT professionals, and legal stakeholders.
  • **Collaboration Skills**: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, and legal teams, to develop and implement holistic licensing solutions that meet clients' business needs and objectives.
  • **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft licensing tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC), Microsoft Partner Center, Microsoft Product Terms, and License Advisor, as well as third-party license management solutions.
  • **Project Management Skills**: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent licensing engagements, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
