Job Description:

As a key member of our team at Profession Hub, we are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to spearhead our affiliate program and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for an individual to identify and onboard new potential publishers, including affiliates, influencers, paid media, etc., and develop strategies to foster strong relationships with them.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in developing our overall Paid Media & Affiliate strategy, negotiating advertising rates, and scheduling campaigns.
  • A crucial aspect of this role is managing all administration involved with the above, including Insertion Orders and finance documents.
  • Daily analysis of advertising statistics is essential (if you can't measure it, you can't manage it) to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Reach ROI targets by building and optimizing your portfolio of active campaigns.
  • This position requires effective management of key accounts, including regular communication with affiliates, analyzing their performance, and offering recommendations on how to improve.
  • Creative and strategic thinking is necessary to develop and execute promotional campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all affiliates, providing them with all necessary information, tools, and support to effectively promote our brands.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitor space and adjust our strategy accordingly to remain competitive.
  • Fraud detection and prevention are critical components of this role, ensuring the integrity of our brand and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, campaign success, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize overall affiliate channel performance.
Requirements:
  • A relevant Diploma or Degree in Business Management or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably in the gaming space, is essential.
  • A business development background is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for success in this role.
  • Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English and other languages is highly valued.
  • A service-first mentality and attention to detail are crucial for delivering high-quality results.
