Main Purpose of the Job:

The primary objective of this role is to manage all claim assessments, including assessor appointments, correspondence with brokers and service providers, and attending to claim documentation.

This involves building strong relationships with brokers by responding to queries and addressing outstanding matters, as well as maintaining accurate records of claim correspondence.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Matric Certificate
  • Short-term Insurance NQF5 Qualification
  • Legal or Business Degree (or Studying Towards) - Advantageous
  • Minimum 2 Years Engineering Insurance Claims Experience (or Property Claims) - Advantageous
  • RE5 Qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail
