Business Operations Coordinator

Profile Personnel, a well-established company in East London, is seeking an energetic and self-starting Business Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day activities of their luxury boutique guest house.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Office Administrator or Events Host, with a strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work under pressure. The role involves managing data in spreadsheets and word documents, supervising staff, carrying out clerical duties, creating marketing materials, and driving the company's media marketing strategy.
- Manage data in spreadsheets and word documents
- Assist with the day-to-day management, administration, and event planning of the company's luxury boutique guest house
- Supervise other staff members
- Carry out clerical duties and communicate professionally and concisely
- Create brochures/pamphlets and online social media posts for marketing purposes
- Drive the company's media marketing strategy
- Manage stock taking and ordering supplies as required
- Organize maintenance to keep the guesthouse clean and safe
- Work with senior management to improve guesthouse operations and procedures
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at R40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include the opportunity to develop your skills in Adobe Creative Cloud apps and MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.

- Matric certification and relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or Events Host
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Energetic and self-starting, with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to meet tight project deadlines
- Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud apps and MS Office
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Own transport and driver's license required
