The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures, particularly in the context of international trade. Your experience working with Palbroker or similar invoicing software will be highly valued.
Core Responsibilities- Order Processing:
- Efficiently process and invoice export sales orders.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of orders before submission to clearing agents.
You will also communicate regularly with internal teams and clearing agents to confirm bookings and provide updates on order status.
In addition to your administrative duties, you will be responsible for preparing and filing necessary documents, including shipping papers and customs forms.
