Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team at Somewhere. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external customers, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with online community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer emails and phone calls to provide customer service to external customers
- Help correspond and schedule meetings with leads using High Level
- Create marketing materials for internal usage and external clients
- Handle administrative tasks, including budgeting and reimbursements
- Draft reports and correspondence
- Attend meetings and take meeting notes
- Send follow-up correspondence after meetings
- Assist with online community development via Circle
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
- High Level and Circle as a community software service familiarity
- Quickbooks online experience advantageous
- Mac experience advantageous
- Understanding of the construction industry ideal
