Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your extensive experience in leadership/management roles to oversee the implementation of changes and releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Utilize your knowledge of structured methodologies to lead activities across Release and Change Management.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure continuous service delivery to clients, focusing on developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand impacts and dependencies, scheduling releases and changes to manage dependencies and ensure co-existence across teams and suppliers.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between teams, suppliers, and stakeholders through various channels.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership/management experience in an IT environment, preferably with a focus on service management and change/release management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL v3 or v4 framework and data analytics/reporting.
  • Experience in managing assigned deliveries, applying time management techniques to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a Change Advisory Board and managing a Forward Schedule of Changes across the Bank and Suppliers for all core services, ensuring approval/alignment across stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to continually work towards making improvements in the Release and Change processes, staying up-to-date on technologies, solution landscapes, and international best practices.
