Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food service operations to meet contractual obligations, including dining and cleaning services
  • Lead hospitality bookings to ensure they align with customer expectations and are executed flawlessly
  • Coach and train team members for optimal performance
  • Manage inventory orders using approved suppliers
  • Utilize provided tools for effective cost and sales management
  • Handle bookings and payments for food and beverages, ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures
  • Ensure stock rotation and assist with inventory checks as necessary
  • Maintain high cleaning standards across all service areas using health checks and assurance tools
  • Prepare public-facing areas for hospitality events as required
  • Support and occasionally lead evening hospitality events with various themes
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular team and safety briefings
  • Drive retail and leisure upselling through coffee lounge promotions

Qualifications

  • Prior supervisory experience is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided
  • Health and Safety Level 2 certification is preferred
  • Food Hygiene Level 2 certification is desirable or willingness to obtain through our e-learning platform
