The TalentCru organisation is seeking a skilled Payroll Expert to join their team in Mpumalanga Province. This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate travelling from school to school on a rotational basis, monitoring and providing system support to ensure the smooth operation of provincial payroll submissions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Post-Matric qualification in finance, IT, or payroll, with 3 years of related experience in payroll administration. Key responsibilities will include monitoring and vetting payroll information, performing analysis on province payroll data, and checking PAYE, UIF, and COIDA provisions for reasonability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled payroll professional to make a meaningful contribution to the success of TalentCru's programmes in Mpumalanga Province. The estimated salary for this position is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor monthly provincial payroll submissions ensuring timesheets are timeously and accurately converted to net pay.
  • Monitor monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual programme compliance/reporting.
  • Assist with monthly accounting and record keeping.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • Post-Matric qualification in finance, IT, or payroll.
  • 3 years of related experience in payroll administration.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
