Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the marketing of Fibre (to The Home) services to both new and existing residential clients, leveraging your current network while also seeking out new opportunities.
  • Tasked with identifying and acquiring new Private Clients to achieve business objectives (proactive sales role).
  • Establish and nurture a steady flow of sales opportunities for fibre services directed at homeowners and individual clients.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline with comprehensive coverage.
  • Stay informed about the Company’s Telecom Fibre Product Portfolio. (Training on products, internal systems, and processes will be provided).
  • Generate leads and diligently follow up on all inquiries for quotes and solutions, actively engaging in lead generation initiatives.
  • Oversee opportunities within the lead management system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Complete all necessary administrative duties.
  • Meet and exceed churn reduction targets.
  • Prioritize sales opportunities to consistently meet objectives.
  • Achieve a minimum of 4 new connections daily.
  • Establish, maintain, and enhance Customer relationships, taking full ownership of the client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Completed Matric or Grade 12.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Direct Sales.
  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in cold-calling is essential.
  • Bilingual with exceptional communication abilities.
