Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of major campaigns, regular series, and studio operations to ensure efficient operations and high-quality content.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce content that meets our cultural vision and appeals to our target audience.

  • Lead the creation of digital content across various platforms, including video, social media, and web.
  • Track performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital content production, with a proven track record of creating impactful content.
  • Experience working in fashion, streetwear, or youth-driven brands is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and produce digital series and culture-led experiences.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, video production, and social media tools.
  • Strong understanding of streetwear culture, sneaker trends, and the South African youth market.
