The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound marketing distribution to stores, ensuring all marketing samples and products are distributed in a timely manner. This includes close liaison with the transport department to maintain efficient distribution logistics.

The main duties of this role include:

  1. Developing and implementing the company's brand strategy
  2. Coordinating marketing efforts to achieve immediate and long-term business goals
  3. Preparing marketing activity reports and metrics for program success
  4. Compiling market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  5. Supporting the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials database, trackers, global contact directory, and intranets

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or logistics, preferably within a retail or distribution environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics software is a plus
