Centre Recruit Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team in a luxury spa environment. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and promoting our spa services and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Scheduling and Operations: Maximize scheduling opportunities, manage guest expectations, and ensure efficient use of therapist time and resources.
- Spa Software Management: Utilize CHI Desk software to manage guest profiles, bookings, and marketing communications preferences.
- Revenue Growth: Promote spa services, products, and special offerings to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, management, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and professional environment.
- Guest Relations: Ensure a proactive approach to showcasing the spa and its offerings to guests, creating personalized memorable experiences.
- Compliance and Quality: Uphold and ensure gracious front desk procedures, comply with the POPI act, and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Qualifications: Qualified Health & Skin Care Therapist with a nationally recognized Diploma (minimum 1-year course).
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Confident and competent to perform face & body treatments, proficient in MS Office, and experienced in spa software management.
- Language: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Staff Meals: One meal per shift served at the hotel staff canteen.
- Pension Fund: Mandatory.
- Medical Aid Contribution: Not mandatory.
10% on services/retail after working back 50% of the Basic Salary.
