Spa Receptionist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team at a luxury Spa in Hoedspruit.

The ideal candidate will have a nationally recognized Diploma in Health & Skin Care Therapy and at least 2 years of experience in a luxury Spa or Hospitality environment.

The successful Spa Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring all Front Desk and Guest Relations Procedures are implemented and consistent. They will also be expected to maximise scheduling opportunities to fully utilise time, therapist skillset, and profitability while managing guest expectations.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring a seamless guest journey, creating personalised memorable experiences, and encouraging guests to return. The Spa Receptionist will also be required to uphold and ensure gracious front desk procedures in the booking and interactions with guests.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be a team player. They will also be required to have experience in Spa software management (CHI Desk advantageous) and be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

The commission structure for this role is as follows: 10% on services/retail after working back 50% of the basic salary.
